Dr. Kevin E. Julian is a general orthopaedic surgeon with a practice focusing on sports medicine, joint reconstruction and replacement, surgical care of traumatic orthopaedic injuries, and workers’ compensation.
Dr. Julian serves as chairman of the section of orthopaedics and provides orthopaedic and medical care for Whiteland High School as team physician. He currently provides surgical care for patients at both Community Hospital South and St. Francis Hospital.
Dr. Julian completed his undergraduate degree at Indiana University. He received his doctorate in medicine and completed his orthopaedic residency at Indiana University School of Medicine.
Dr. Julian is a family man and currently lives in Indianapolis. He is an Indianapolis Colts fan and he enjoys Indiana Basketball.

Dr. Kurt R. Martin is a general orthopaedic surgeon with practice focus on joint replacement, sports medicine, and the surgical care of traumatic orthopaedic injuries.
Dr. Martin serves as the medical director for the Center for Joint Health at Community Hospital South. In addition, Dr. Martin provides orthopedic care for Greenwood Community High School athletes as team physician. He currently provides surgical care for patients at both Community Hospital South and St. Francis Hospital.
Dr. Martin completed his undergraduate degree at Anderson University. He received his doctorate in medicine and completed his orthopaedic residency at Indiana University School of Medicine.
A native of Indianapolis, Dr. Martin currently lives in Greenwood. He enjoys the blessing of spending time with his family. He is an avid cyclist and enjoys participating in and watching local amateur athletics.

Dr. Evan Armington is a board-certified, fellowship trained, sports medicine specialist and general orthopaedic surgeon. Dr. Armington has cared for athletes and non-athletes of all ages and abilities, including members of the Baltimore Ravens professional football team, Baltimore Blast professional indoor soccer team, Washington Nationals professional baseball team, and Indy Fuel professional hockey team.
Dr. Armington currently provides orthopaedic care for the athletes of the University of Indianapolis. In addition, Dr. Armington provides surgical care for patients at both Community Hospital South and St. Francis Hospital.
Dr. Armington received his doctorate in medicine from Indiana University School of Medicine. He completed his orthopaedic residency at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine. Dr. Armington also completed an orthopaedic sports medicine fellowship at MedStar Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland and Washington Hospital Center in Washington, DC.
Dr. Armington was raised in Indianapolis and is honored to have the opportunity to care for the people of his hometown. He is a family man who enjoys competitive sports and triathlons.

Dr. James Cole is a fellowship trained orthopedic spine surgeon specializing in cervical, thoracic, and lumbar surgery. His expertise encompasses treating a variety of spinal diagnoses with non-operative and operative procedures. Dr. Cole received his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University. He received his medical degree at East Tennessee State University and his internship in general surgery and residency in orthopedic surgery at the University of Kentucky.
Dr. Cole then completed a fellowship in neck and spine surgery at Tulane University Medical Center. Dr. Cole is a member of the Indiana Medical Society, American Medical Association, American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the Christian Medical and Dental Society. Dr. Cole has also participated in multiple missions.
